About Us

Our mission is to provide opportunities to purchase a house in a small area of Italy known for its peaceful life, beautiful landscapes and profound culture - the North of Marche and Montefeltro - and inform the buyer about the Italian rules, assisting her/him in all phases of the sale.
The houses, apartments and villas that we present for sale have been selected by us for their high quality and quality/price ratio. The staff, which also includes translators and interpreters, is able to provide any information, explanation and support, as necessary, to prospective buyers.

Ahomeawayfromhome is promoted by the company Rossi & C. S.a.s. di Emanuela Rossi,, from Pesaro, Italy, which builds residential properties on its own and in partnership with other companies. In particular, it operates with EDILIGRUPPO (link), a leading construction company in the Pesaro Province, Italy.

Technical staff

Luigi Rossi, a builder of great experience, has built on its own or through subsidiaries, residential and commercial complexes, mainly in the city of Pesaro and Fano, Italy. Debora Profili, a real estate consultant with experience in residential and commercial sales. Paolo Catelli, a senior engineer, with 40 years of experience in the construction and renovation of buildings. He was a director of major real estate companies in northern Italy.
